We have lots of news to report this month:

Telephone Outreach Campaign: Many of us who attend reunions and class dinners share the experience of first taking part after being invited by a classmate. I would never have gone to a class dinner if Alice Davies hadn't phoned me and suggested going. Even now, after ten or more dinners, I still wonder whether I should go: Will I know anyone? Is it worth the bother? Wouldn't it be pleasanter just to stay at home? Then I go and have a great time. It's the triumph of reason over expectations. Read more...

Histories of Harvard Architecture and Harvard Square: Have you ever wondered why Thayer and Weld are set back from University Hall? Or why Holden Chapel has two front facades? Classmates who have indicated that they plan to come—but have not yet registered with hr65.org—are on the list but don't have a link to a profile page. So, check out who's attending, encourage your friends to join us, and add yourself to the list!

Remember to submit your Class Report: The final deadline to edit Class Reports online is April 30th but the Class Reports Office would very much appreciate your submitting your report sooner. They do a lot of work on a tight deadline and it makes their job much easier. So, please, do it now! You can respond electronically at here.

Classmate Wallace Shawn on The Daily Show: In February classmate Wallace Shawn appeared on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. You can see the skit here. The first two minutes are the setup, and Wally makes his appearance as Jon's therapist Dr. Reuben at minute 2:00.
